Specialized Services

Intelligence is a backbone of our other key services and is critical to a positive outcome or effective strategy in more areas than many appreciate.

When you know... you know.

Physical Security Surveys

Using our Government experience, we have developed a proprietary system to conduct full physical security surveys. We know that physical security is the protection of an organization's assets from threats that could cause losses or damages. This is achieved by a myriad of means, as simple as a lock or sign, to an integrated intrusion detection system. Our experts will assess and make appropriate recommendations in line with best practices and each individual client's corporate culture.

Maintaining a strong physical security posture is an ongoing process that involves a continual assessment of new assets and changing threats

Our program assists our clients to maintain a pro-active response to the many evolving threats in today's world.

Crisis Management, Planning and Response

Our crisis consulting services can provide your business with the support it needs to navigate a difficult situation. From public relations and reputation management to legal advice and financial planning, our crisis consultants can help you protect your interests and minimize the damage to your business. We collaborate with your team to develop a response plan and augment your team on an as needed basis.

When a business is faced with a crisis, the first step is to clearly identify the problem and assess the situation. Once the problem has been identified, the next step is to develop a plan to address the issue. Any plan should include a communications strategy to control the message and protect the reputation of the business. The crisis plan should also include a legal strategy to protect the interests of the business and its employees.

Once the crisis plan is in place, the next step is to implement it. This may require coordinating with other outside consultants, such as public relations or legal experts. Our crisis consultants provide the support you need to get through a difficult situation and emerge stronger on the other side.

Risk Assessments

Our risk assessments help our clients to identify potential risks in their business and put in place measures to control these risks. Our risk assessment program is a systematic process for identifying, assessing and managing potential risks to the success of a business. By identifying potential risks, businesses can make informed decisions about how to avoid or mitigate them.

There are a number of benefits to conducting a risk assessment, including

  • Reduced likelihood of business interruption or failure

  • Improved business continuity planning

  • Greater clarity over the allocation of resources

  • Improved understanding of the business' risk profile

  • Identification of potential new business opportunities

Executive Travel Program - SAFE

SAFE is the acronym for Security Awareness in Foreign Environments. It was designed and created by Dr. Paul French after many years of providing personal protection to members of the British Royal Family, Senior Judges, Political Figures, CEO's and other prominent figures.

The concept is to train executives and even family members to be their own security using some basic protective skills, when budgets or policies cannot.or will not provide personal protection agents.

Countering C.I. Gathering

In the world of industrial espionage and intelligence, counter espionage is the process of identifying and thwarting the activities of a competitor. It is a critical component of corporate security and a key part of the intelligence cycle.

The initial step in counter espionage is intelligence gathering. This can be done through a variety of means, including human intelligence (HUMINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), and open source intelligence (OSINT). This information is then analyzed to identify potential threats.

Once potential threats have been identified, countermeasures can be taken to prevent or disrupt the activities of a competitor. These measures can include physical security measures, such as increased security at sensitive facilities, increasing corporate awareness to competitor intelligence activities and counterintelligence measures, such as counter-surveillance and counter-propaganda.

Matters of a Discreet Nature

Our business is one of extreme trust. We are often the first to see or hear of a potentially damaging situation, often long before the media or even other C suite members.

We resolve sensitive matters in a way that is by design, never to be made public. It will be legal and often offer plausible deniability should that be necessary. We will act ethically and within the applicable laws.
